Terms of Service for AnyAgent

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AnyAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

AnyAgent is an AI assistant marketplace that provides:

• Access to specialized AI agents for various tasks
• Calendar management through Google Calendar integration
• Personalized AI assistance and automation
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

Google Account Integration

• AnyAgent integrates with your Google Account for authentication and calendar access
• You grant us permission to access your Google Calendar to create and manage an "AnyAgent" calendar
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use AnyAgent for:

• Personal productivity and task management
• Business automation and scheduling
• Educational and research purposes
• Any lawful purpose that complies with these Terms

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use AnyAgent to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses
• Use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you input into the Service
• AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" without ownership claims
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws

Subscription Plans

• AnyAgent offers subscription-based access to premium features
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms

• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers
• You authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period

Data Collection

• Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We store conversation context for 24 hours maximum, then automatically delete it
• We only access the dedicated "AnyAgent" calendar we create in your Google account

Third-Party Services

• The Service integrates with Google services and other third-party APIs
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies

• AnyAgent and all related trademarks, logos, and content are our intellectual property
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Uptime

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates

Effect of Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States.
